1. Classification error: The whole machine is confused with parts, special parts and general parts, resulting in tax compensation, penalties or customs clearance delays in the destination country.
2. Certification missing: Electrical complete machine Ce/ul/kc/rcm/pse, resulting in non-delivery or forced on-site rectification.
3. Improper description：“gas blower”Misunderstood as gas combustion equipment or hazardous chemicals related devices——It must be specified in the instructions and invoices.Process use (water treatment aeration blast, etc.)and medium conditions.
4. Untrue origin: It is a serious offence to falsely report the origin for the benefit or circumvent trade remedies.
5. Unqualified wood packaging: Especially Australia, the United States, the European Union strict inspection.
6. Export control omissions: Not End User/Use screening.
7. Underestimating the United States 301 and trade remedy costs: The quotation does not include additional tariffs, resulting in customer abandonment.

The contract specifies:

• Trade Terms and Risk Transfer Points
• Attribution of certification responsibility (who applies, who holds the certificate, who bears the annual fee)
• Tariff/Anti-dumping/301 Price adjustment mechanism for such policy changes.
• Scope of Technical Data Provision and Intellectual Property Protection
• The division of responsibilities when the delay of customs clearance in the destination country is not due to the seller.
