Traditional parts procurement, warehousing, operation and maintenance information is fragmented, it is difficult to match the intelligent water plant fine control needs.

Many supply chain enterprises have linked up with scientific research institutions in colleges and universities to build a visual supply chain management platform to synchronize parts production, transportation, replacement and operation and maintenance data in real time, helping water plants to realize intelligent early warning of parts inventory and advance prediction of equipment failures. Shandong Zeyun Supply Chain and Peking University Information Technology Research Institute have landed a digital operation and maintenance system to break through the data barriers between the production side and the water plant operation side, providing replicable supporting supply chain solutions for the digital transformation of the industry.
