The original spare parts procurement mode of the factory is scattered off-line inquiry. The supply cycle of fan impellers, bearings, seals and other spare parts is as long as 15-25 days, and the specifications of spare parts from different manufacturers are not uniform. In 2025, there were many fan failures and shutdowns, and the shutdown of the aeration system led to excessive water output index, and the operation and maintenance cost of the factory continued to rise.
